CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is required in advance for most treatments.
All deposit fees are non-refundable if appointments are cancelled within less than 48 hours or the client does not show for their appointment.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel/postpone/change an appointment or a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
A cancellation fee is required before booking your next appointment if you cancel with 24 hours or you "no show".
If alternative products need to be purchased for your treatment (ie, if you have an allergy to a specific ingredient and an alternative option must be specially ordered for your treatment), you will be charged for product costs, even if you cancel your appointment before the required time.
Please be prompt for your appointment as treatment must commence at your booking start time. If you are running late, please give Hannah as much notice as possible.
(Hannah completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and she will be sympathetic in certain circumstances).
